ReplyDeleteI made this meal tonight, but I'm not sure if I did something wrong. It was extremely watery...made it with rice and ate it like soup. There was nothing added that thickened it up. I cooked it for 6 hours on low. Sauce was tasty but for some reason, the picture looked better than what I made!

ReplyDeleteI made the chicken teriyaki last night and it was delicious. Used a thickener before serving because sauce was too runny. Served over chicken flavored Rice a Roni. Definitely making again.
ReplyDeleteFor the crockpot terryaki- once it was done cooking in the crockpot, take the chicken pieces out & pour the sauce into a pan. Then boiled it until the sauce thickened up & pour on your chicken. :-) I tried it, & It comes out exactly like the pic.
